British Airways for iPad

No field to add an eVoucher in the iPad app.

BA surpasses even themselves on the uselessness of this app!

Time-consuming visuals open the app, which then leads eventually to a page where one can only make new bookings, and nothing else. One is locked into this page; there is no exit. 😡😡😡

UI is alright but it seems someone at BA doens’t quite know how agile works yet.

Doesnt even find an existing booking for a flight thats already checked in.

Ridiculously basic - you can just search for and book flights. Can’t manage bookings. Doesn’t have half the functionality of the iPhone version of the app. What a joke!

This is a pointless app.. as a Gold Guest List member I have no idea why BA would launch such a limited app.. Take a leaf out of United Airlines who have really thought about functionality and the end user experience.

Absolutely hopeless app with very limited functionality. Useful to book flights but offers nothing else. Doesn’t appear to allow me to check in, manage my booking etc. No improvement on the old app whatsoever. Very poor customer service from BA. Much worse than the app on my phone.

This app is, frankly, useless. As others have pointed out, all it provides is a booking facility, that’s all nothing else. Complete waste of time downloading it, now deleted! 0/10 again…..
