I specifically paid to access the September 22 issue after following the link that said I could. I then could only download the August issue with the September one nowhere to be seen. Please improve your usability! It’s basic functionality to get the issue you clicked on.
Each time I reboot my phone I have to reboot old and new publications It takes long to load and freezes I end up losing all I have downloaded in old publications that I would like to save
Awful app. I wish they chamged it back to how it used to be.
poor navigation and buggy
I purchased a subscription thinking I would get access to all editions of British Vogue on the app, not just the current one. After going back and forth with both Conde Nast and Apple, and rifling through terms and conditions, it seems you only get access to the most recent edition, and the new ones thereafter. If you want older editions, you have to buy them individually! I think that’s pretty rubbish, and poorly advertised. Really disappointed.
I’ve never received my magazines. Please cancel immediately & refund me.
I have read Vogue for many years, this is my first time using the app. Thanks for the free download such a lovely thing to do at this difficult time for everyone.
