I love being able to access my transactions but since I lost my phone, it’s a hassle to log in…even though I have the password and all that. There’s no alternate way of verifying without my phone…that I lost. Ugh. They can’t help over the phone, I had to take time off work to go to a branch and jump through the hoops to access my own info on my own device (my tablet).

Can say that I like the layers of security on this app as well as the ease of use once you figure out where everything is!

I asked for a code to be sent to my cellphone but it never was. I did this several times. The only way to get the code was to have you call me.

App is constantly logging you out and restarting while using it. Then it prompts for credentials again.

Pending transactions take days to clear and aren’t taken subtracted from the available balance during that time. I have to sit with a calculator and determine how much is pending and subtract that from my balance to avoid over drafting. It’s 2024, it shouldn’t be this difficult…

This bank is the worst, yet they truly think they’re the best thing to happen to the world. God, I hate that capcom let Sefcu buy them. Keep getting locked out and then the reps won’t let me reset the password bc Sefcu uses separate logins for joint accounts and technically this login is my husbands. We’ve had the same logins and shared access for years. I’m sure Sefcu is just hitting us with tons of overdrafts while I’m locked out because I can’t transfer money. A huge inconvenience. Can’t wait to pull all of our accounts and go somewhere else

This merge has been a nightmare. I hope the people at the top this enjoy their money. T

I’ve read that some banks are doing away with overdraft fees. Not this bank. Way worse than when it was SEFCU. At least SEFCU treated you like a human. The ladies now, no empathy. No early clearance on a two business day hold. It’s too bad, anything good? A buyout if merger ruins.

Very useful and quite easy to use…. Basic and to the point…. Loving it!!!!
