Broadway Pizza Official

I ordered the pizza and pay through my card. Amount is deducted from my account and order didn’t confirm . I called their helping the said we cant do anything check with bank. Bank is saying amount is paid check refund from broadway. Pathetic app and service. Thats why I prefer to order from food panda atleast they take responsibility and give refund vouchers.

This app doesn’t work to order pizza from broadway Karachi

Can’t place an order. Delivery option chosen, city selected, area selected, but it doesn’t allow to enter the phone number. And it won’t go past that page without a phone number. Had to go to their website and order from the there.

You guys need to learn how to make pizza first also really need to improve your delivery process

This is a pure app review, in a world where technology prevails. Broadway app seems to develop a new issue every time they update their app. I can't seem to add multiple addresses from anywhere in the app. Please get a professional company to work on your application

I prefer broadway more of its quality ingredients rather flavours or taste overall .Most of other re known pizza sellers are not using quality cheese, but broadway does not shaves off quality in their ingredients, and their taste is not that bad either. I recommend broadway gulshan e maymar branch to be given a try.

App discount is not works it’s fake

I am calling since 30 minutes but nobody is picking my phone . Please deliver the pizza on time as there is no communication and I wana pay using credit card

Crust is dry and cheese is not baked well other wise flavour was good

Pathetic service! Ordered a pizza and it didn’t even arrive. I then called the HQ and they said that the branch will call but they didn’t even call back and now the HQ won’t answer.
