I purchased a bus pass, but for some reason the app will not let me use it for any reason, and I cannot get my refund back at all

Would be nice if we see Apple Pay added onto the app instead of having to save our credit card info. Also please add dark mode as iOS 18 supports it via app and app icon! App should also have tracking capabilities like the other app (MyRide) so it’s all in one app. Other than that app is okay and functional.

This app should not exist. BCT needs to upgrade to Apple Pay. You will be constantly logged out; this app functions more as a transit deterrent than a convenience.

The app itself is horrible, it even charges you an extra dollar per pass, and it shows the wrong hours for the bus arrivals, and when the bus is late, the app never notifies you in any way

I don’t understand why the buses don’t let the public know that they will not arrive or arrive late. I waited 40 minutes past the initial time and I had to Uber, which is more expensive. Unfortunately it was my only away around. Broward County bus transit is not always the best reliable service…

Can you guys fix it keeps logging out itself

Does not allow me to purchase passes with my IPhone 15 and I called the Broward county transit company and they put in a error ticket over a week ago and I still have not heard from them

Self explanatory… I try to purchase passes and it charges my card but doesn’t give me the ride. Called customer services and they said there’s nothing they can do about it on their end.. deleted immediately

The app worked well last year but all of a sudden I can’t purchase tickets on the app now. It does not even let me add card information. What happened to this app.

This app is terrible. There are much better apps that community bus systems can purchase and which actually work… Routeshout is even better than this. Why do government bureaucracies have to waste so much trying to do their own thing when it comes to software and apps. Like there must be several thousand transit systems in the US and creating their own substandard, piece of junk app just is a waste of taxpayer dollars. On top of that government programmers, like most all government workers cannot get a job in the private sector because they lack the intelligence and education to work anywhere but for others like themselves. I wonder is we can sue to get these lowlifes fired. Seriously, Broward County, one of how many in Florida, and then with over 50 States and territories that is more than 2,000 governmental entities that all have wasted tons of money on duplicate efforts using incompetent talent.
