I’ve been paying for this service for months every time I try logging on it says renew subscription when I hit renew it says the receipt you are trying to register is already in use so I can’t get past that

I should’ve known when I couldn’t get it to work for Kym Whitley new show it was going to be an issue. I emailed to cancel. I thought I canceled in my Roku app like they said but it wouldn’t do anything as I clicked cancel. I email with a screen shot of the highlight ed button stating it would allow me to cancel and please cancel my account t. This was March 2023 Only to find out I’ve been charge for over 10 mths!!!! I had no idea! Now I’m going here, there and everywhere to cancel a membership I didn’t even know I still had! It is practically March again WTH Also be warned it doesn’t say Brown sugar on your credit card or bank it says ROKU FOR KATS!!! I SMELL A SCAM!!!! I may have to go to my followers to get this settled!
I don’t know what’s going on with this app, but I just re-subscribed and now it’s telling me a receipt is already in use?! Come on y’all. 🤦🏾♂️ I’m looking at ALOT of reviews having the same problem, y’all better get your stuff together, especially if it’s an issue where you’re still pulling money from people’s bank accounts! It only takes one person to start talking lawsuit! 😡
Every time I attempt to log on to this app, I have problems! I rarely use the app because there’s always an issue with log in, however I’ve been paying subscription for months! Subscription cancelled!
I purchased this App thru my Apple account. I could not get past the login screen, I went through all of your troubleshooting. I hit the sign in button from sign out to sign in and re-signed in, still “The receipt you are trying to register is already in use”. I received an email stating I needed to put my credit card information back in to finish setting up the app. I purchased this app through Apple so I didn’t use a credit card. I just wanted to watch the new series “Act Your Age”. When I looked up reviews online, I see a lot of people are having the same issues with the app. Finally frustrated I asked Apple to refund my money. Please correct the problem, from the reviews it’s been going on for over a year and you are losing paid viewers.
I’ve uninstalled the app, created new logins/ subscriptions and still haven’t been able to sign into the app. Support has been zero help. Spoke with some woman from support today and she was absolutely no help! I wish I would’ve read the reviews from 4 years ago because the app still has the same issues.
I’ve had login issues which didn’t allow me to access the shows and movies. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a resubscriber but every time I logged in, it would tell me to finish sign up but never load the page. I tried to create a new account and the same thing happened. I wish I had a better outcome because there is one show that I really want to see but doesn’t stream on any other app.
I just purchased subscription and I’m unable to login. It continues to tell me I have a subscription but allow me to watch anything but the trailer for Shaft.
This app says it has shoes but it spent it only shows the cover literally nothing happens when you try to watch
I have renewed my subscription. I am unable to use the app. I have completed all of the instructions given on the app support page. No luck. I plan to cancel my subscription. I’m very unhappy.
