When I open a video it doesn’t give me the notification that I can download load it from

I cant download anything from the app when i open a video in youtube the download button doesn’t appear
Waste
When we are downloading big capacity of videos after many of data it will start from beginning, its really waste time & also no guarantee .
Video pausing
After the last update the video pausing after its finished and not playing the next video in the files
it’s not working on my new phone
it was great on my old phone but when i switched i can no longer download
