I have had a problem since weeks. I am not able to download any video from Facebook because i always have got the message ‘’ we cannot open this video’’ I wrote the supporter about 5 mails and I haven’t received any answer yet.

Was fine until a week ago when I let ios 17.6.1 install on my iPhone 13, now I just get unsupported url when I try to download videos. Gonna leave the rating at 5 stars for now, and just wait and see what happens. ———————————————————————— (Old review) The app worked good for downloading, but the latest update takes away the ability to download from many sites. Of course the update description doesn't say anything about that. Update: The app stopped downloading from many sites after they updated it to 2.4. Then 2.5 came out and it seems to work great again. Thanks for fixing this so fast.

This APP stopped working since 2023. It could not download the videos from youtube. the error message kept showing unsupported URL. I tried contacting the developer via email but never received any response. I paid for the APP and don’t want to give up using it. I’ve kept too many files and videos in it .
