Absolutely love my drinkware! I have 3 -32 oz Toddy and a 22 oz one. Would buy again.

I love BrüMate, but am a little dissatisfied with the recent changes in their customer service. I have been a VIP member for a few years, I do not do social media, but have always been able to enjoy my VIP benefits. There is no way to talk to an actual person anymore and was informed that I only get my VIP discount if I have Facebook and join the group. I finally, after 4 days trying to place another order got a code, which did not work, so I had to use my points. I have been buying and promoting this product for a number of years through the AP and at a number of stores throughout the states. I am sad that the customer service is not what it used to be. This might be my last purchase and am thinking of deleting my ap. I have always been interested in the history of how this young boy started this company and his vision. It is sad that the basics have been lost between his vision and I, the consumer. Step it back up BrüMate. You were doing so well!

The app is easy to use and view all the products. I’m giving a 3⭐️ rating because my rewards points aren’t working. I’ve liked and followed all socials & shared on Facebook. My birthday was in June and I didn’t get those reward points either. I’ve done all of this a few times each, and still only have the 100 points for joining.

My friends suggested we try your products and we love them so much that I just placed my 4 th order I’m very happy 😊

A friend of mine got me absolutely HOOKED on BrüMate and I am so glad she did!! My bank account might feel different, but that’s ok! Not only are the products amazing, the customer service is as well!!

I’ve tried many different travel mugs and this brand is perfect!! No slip, no spill, alway hot or cold!!

It simply won’t leak! If u drop it u can get dings but it adds to the character of the product. I’m still looking 4 the straw that fits the 22oz tumbler. It’s taking a long time to stock. Once it arrives please let me know! Thank u! I have an eye on one of the coolers. They are the coolest on the internet. Igloo who? Love your products!
