BSNL has upgraded the mobile app for Broadband and Landline customers of Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra(MH), Gujarat(GJ), Madhya Pradesh(MP), Goa, and Chhattisgarh(CG) circles. Now existing BSNL customers from these circles can manage their single or multiple landline & broadband connections, view bill plans, make bill payments, and track their usage all in one place using this app. New users can also sign up and enjoy the hassle-free experience offered by the app. BSNL landline and broadband customers from the rest of the circles can continue using the MyBSNL app.

Unable to sign up
App doesn’t work
App don’t work it’s saya update new version but new version app don’t available in App Store.

Id you don’t load update, why you create a permanent pop up on mobile app which cannot be close. Looks like working for some other company

Can not pay bill because none of the services such as net banking,upi payment or card payment is working.

Please add more location to add ftth service phone number like in north delhi chandigarh himachal improve ypur service and live in many states
