BT One Phone brings your fixed lines, mobile phones and phone system together, into a single hosted service that has flexibility at its heart.
That means your customers can call your office or mobile number and get through to you on your mobile phone. The BT One Phone Application allows you to control your BT One Phone service when and where you want.
My Status shows you your current presence status, number of new and saved voicemail messages, your last 3 calls and other useful information depending on the privileges for your user account.
Presence status can be updated while on the move
The company directory can be viewed and used to automatically call colleagues and see their presence status, or whether they are busy on another call. The company directory in the app is available also in an off-line mode.
Local directory sync downloads the company directory into a separate contact group locally in your mobile phone. This makes it easy to call colleagues from your contacts and incoming calls also show the name of the colleague calling you.
“Follow-me” lets you easily redirect all your incoming calls to a different number

Good functionally in desperate need of a update

Does it’s job well but looks like it’s about 10 years out of date, come on BT I’m sure it wouldn’t take much to refresh it for a premium service this is a budget app.

Very poor

Possible the worst app I have ever installed. Customer service is none existent. Do not consider for business

Needs work

Despite having access to my phone contacts, all received calls where numbers are stored on my phone are show as numbers only, not the persons name. So on missed calls, I have to search for the number on my phone contacts to see who called. in addition, on many occasions missed calls are not shown on my phones integral home app. Names are only displayed for other contact company members within the BT ONE PHONE echo system. The above is only an issue experienced since moving to BT ONE PHONE.

Login issue solution

Having issues logging in? Use 44 instead of 0 at the start of the number. It really should say that on the login page

Absolute rubbish

To be fair the app might be the best on the App Store but the fact you can’t log in means I’ll never know, can log in on the Wi-fi app and web portal no problem but this app is so secure it won’t even let you log in to your own account.

Utterly useless

I downloaded the app, entered my email address and password, and it won’t even let me log in!!!

Nice idea

Our company has just migrated 35 connections to BTonephone, two of us so far have tried this App and can’t get passed the login which tells you, you have failed authentication with wrong user name or p/w and the only option is to change the P/w and go round in a circle. Strange the same credentials get you access to the web portal!
