Bubble CiTea

The app works fine, my drinks are registering each time I scan but the app CONSTANTLY asks me if it can use my location. No matter how many times I say yes, it does it every time I go back to the home page. It’s infuriating, please fix this.

Absolutely love the app and the bubble tea 🤩

At first the app would open and let me use it like normal but now it’s impossible to use it and it’s so frustrating!! I wanted to buy a gift card for my friend and I can’t even do that. Please fix this issue

I love bubble tea so much and so happy that i can collect the stamp and will get a free drink at the end!

So at first it wouldn’t let me log in but then I figured it out it’s a really nice app and I’m obsessed with the options and flavours!!!!!!!!!!!!

App won’t open so useless

The app is totally useless as it is impossible to use it. I registered my mobile number at one of the Bubble CiTea points of sale and was advised to download the app. However, I have not managed to sign in as every time a 4-digit code is sent to me an “Update your profile” page pops up which, no matter how many times you type your details correctly and press “Update”, only gives you an error message saying that something went wrong and you should try again. A complete waste of time. At least, don’t embarrass yourself by launching such a dysfunctional app that is not developed properly!
