After returning to Bumble, I’m unable to set up a subscription for my profile. Customer service seems to not care much as they’ve never respond to my request for support

This site is a pain because you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find out where somebody lives. Post it at the TOP!!! it would make life so much simpler I’ve mentioned it so many times, but they don’t care.

Recently divorced and added Bumbl. I was immediately blocked. My daughter found out that my ex-husband reported me because his feelings are hurt. I waited the time period to set up my profile and still blocked. Perfect name for your sight. Bumble. Follow your own rules! Everyone go to Match!

I deleted the app like 2 weeks ago and reinstalled it and now they’re asking me for some annoying maths puzzles I have to do continuously it’s so annoying, bumble never had that. And now I am done with the 10 long puzzles i tried getting a code they don’t send any code I tried the call option still didn’t receive a call, and now they’re asking me to try using another number and that requires me to start that annoying boring puzzle all over again. The app was great now I am getting disappointed bumble.

This app has literally made it impossible to unsubscribe. Insane.

I have used this app on and off over the past five years when I was not seeing anyone. It used to be one of my top apps.. I recently became single and decided to jump on and give it a try. Wow has this app went downhill. I have a lot of matches and no matter how much I swipe they barely go down. I ran out of people to swipe on rather early even though I still had over 700 matches pending, and my filters were completely broaden. And I understand wanting to make money and I have paid for premium in the past… but in two years, the price has almost doubled $35 for one week of premium not even the plus $70 for a month of premium… and if you want premium plus for the month it’s 100 dollars??? what I’m noticing is it’s getting more expensive but they’re giving you less matches and less swipe time. like I said, I paid for premium in the past when it was cheaper. There’s no way they’re getting me to pay those fees. And now the app is disappointing otherwise… I hate to say it, but I’m not surprised they’re losing people

Good luck getting anyone to match with you. Spent hours swiping not a single match. Proof that 90% of the women go for 10% of the guys.

For no reason scam app do not download. App is racist towards white people. I’d completely avoid giving them your money. Had an account for many years. They randomly banned me without a reason. Probably because somehow my subscription was broken because I was getting premium for free.

First got this app in like 2019, absolutely nothing happened so I deleted my account. Tried again a year or 2 later, same thing. Tried the app for a third time late ‘24, and I actually got somewhere. Had something like 30 matches, only 4-5 actually bothered to message (this is a huge problem with the women on here. Most never message, and the ones that allow the guy to message seem to hate when you answer their prompt. Seriously, every single one whose prompt I answered unmatched me). Around January I stopped getting likes from anyone, so I deleted my account again. Made a new one at the start of summer, and it was back to my profile rarely being seen. I even bothered to pay for the extremely overpriced premium. Got absolutely nothing for it. I’m very aware I’m not the greatest looking guy in the world, but I’m not that ugly. It really feels like the number of fake accounts is going up. Another note, I remember when this app had some quick 1 minute conversation thing going on at 7pm every Sunday or something. Now I guess it’s gone. That was actually something fun
