Staff not good , doesn’t cooperate in case of wrong order.

It’s very unprofessional and don’t know how to behave to customer. I ordered from there app and outside branch it’s written HORN TO ORDER but they don’t follow that. When I asked he said likha to hua hai but hum krte nhi hai. I ASKED WHY YOU DONT DELIVER HE SAID ITTA TIME KISKE PASS HAI very bad if you can’t do them please remove board from your store. Very bad attitude and bad service I HAVE recording also will do tweet and mail also

There is no benefit of using burger farm app because the staff is never updated about the order and especially in the case of drive in the staff never gives the order in the car there is no benefit in doing drive in and enter car no and everything why these guys keep such options which they can’t make up to

Payment is declined every time and suggest for refund Bt order never get canceled

Poor service at store after accepting order They even didn’t deliver food and not refund money

I’m a regular customer of them ordered count less time through their app,,, Food quality is good but app has some menu missing and they only prepare my food once I reach at the store ,so what’s the point of me ordering online to save some time, I have to wait 10 mins every single time,,you could not compete with MNC just by food quality please improve your service on the app,,, My regular location is Science city branch Ahmedabad Hoping someone respond to it and fix this issues
