Same workouts no results
I used this app regularly for several years. I never saw the results I was looking for. Once when I did the app daily I saw a little more definition but I got tired of doing them. She recycles a lot of workouts so there’s not a lot of new material. I found a much better app Barre Definition by Jacquelyn and cancelled Burn. They charged me anyway for 6 months 🙄. Also I really don’t like giving my money to ppl who are involved in bad stuff. Google it.
Love the app
I love the workouts. They are really great. Rebecca really explains how to position the body to make the exercises more effective. She thoroughly explains how to modify each exercise to make it easier or harder. She also makes beginners feel great about not being able to do everything and tells you to focus on showing up and moving.
I started following Rebecca on YouTube. As a beginner, I subscribed to the app because Rebecca said we need to make a habit of exercising every day, and I needed help figuring out which workout to do each day. The beginner workouts are not scheduled for everyday. They tend to occur on only 3 or 4 days each week. On the off day, it says to rest or to make your own selection from the workout library. I downloaded the app because I need help making selections. I wish there was some recommendation list for the rest/choice days so I could more easily understand the type of workout I should choose while working on the development of a daily habit.
The search feature on the app is easier than on YouTube. I wish the YouTube workouts were also included in the app’s catalog so I could use the app’s search function.
I also really like the videos that list all of the exercises included the video, so I can log the exercises onto MyFitnessPal. I wish more videos contained this info about each exercise.
I wish there were some seated workouts (that are labeled as seated workouts). My child has severe disabilities and is frequently in the hospital for long time periods, and I do not always have a lot of room apart from my chair in his hospital room for a workout. You never know the story behind how people gain weight, and his extended hospitalizations have been a part of my story.

You also get access to a library of additional workouts, mindset videos and recipes. I’ve been following BURN for ten months and have lost 86 pounds.
Love the workouts dislike the app
I love working out with Rebecca, but the app is one of my least favorite things to use. I want to be able to use it like I do at the BTES app I feel like that was more user friendly.
Can’t cancel
I have canceled my membership twice and both times I do not get a confirmation email. And they continue to withdraw money from my account.

I love the burn app, Rebecca Louise is amazing , I been following her since 2013 on YouTube & the very first app, she has helped me so much, I feel amazing & love the community is amazing too! Thanks Rebecca ❤️
Concerned
Unfortunately I can no longer subscribe or support Burn after a decade of using this service. I can’t allow my money to go towards her boyfriend, who is accused of felony SA toward a minor, and she will not acknowledge or address it.
Rebecca is wonderful, app not so much
I have been working out with Rebecca Louise for years now and her energy, enthusiasm and creativity knows no bounds! My problem is not with the workouts but the app which has gone through many changes over the years. You used to be able to login to the app on your computer - this is no longer possible. I really struggle to watch the tiny videos on my phone (don’t have a tv) and because of this now find myself looking for other alternatives to Burn. So wish they’d bring this functionality back 😞
Best workout app!
I love Rebecca Louise’s workouts - I’ve been doing them for 10 years! In this app you can do the day’s scheduled workout and/or pick from a whole library of workouts. There are also great mindset and meditation videos, stretch videos, recipes and more. And, although there’s a lot of content, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for, and gives you a great daily boost.
Save Your Money
Loved her BTES app, but the new Burn app has so many glitches and is not user friendly. Utilize her YouTube videos instead.
