Foods amazing, app is poor!!
So Ive been ordering via deliveroo all this while and since I learnt from a friend that if I created an account on the app I can get the first order buy one get one free. So I created the account and when I click on delivery to “Atria” it says can’t deliver to my address so I called the customer service agent who had absolutely no idea what I had said. So later on she says to place the order via take away as the app is broken on delivery. Sure enough I do that and to my surprise even for take away it says ‘cannot place an order at this location’ said the same for the motor city branch. Called the agent again but this time a little annoyed, so then she says “oh yes sir we didn’t mention even take away isn’t working” I asked her if I can just place an order via the call and then prove to you that I created an account online since I gave the welcome email. She refused because it won’t show up in the system. Look I respect her for following the rule book but come on guys, it’s your responsibility as the owners to know there is something wrong and fix it, or find a temporary solution to not piss off a customer. Look you haven’t lost me as a customer since my wife and I love your burrito bowl, but you guys need to fix the app, find a temporary solution and maybe train your staff to handle such situations. Thanks and hope to see the updated app.
