The app logged me out the first day I set up the camera. Now it comes up repeatedly with “Invalid credentials” I have uninstalled and reinstalled. At the time I have written this review I have called the 800 number 47 times trying to get help. The recording says due to high call volume and long wait times this que is closed. You 100% can’t get help. As I read the reviews they all respond call this number. I can assure you that number will get you no where. I can’t even log in to cancel the subscription. So now I bought a camera, I am paying for it monthly and I get zero from it. And I can’t cancel it. I own a lot of Bushnell products. I will never buy another one after this experience. Zero customer service after the sale. I’m going to have to cancel my debit card just so they stop the reoccurring billing. At this point I don’t feel like this is bad service, I feel like this is theft.
Used to tell everyone these were the best cameras and ended up buying 10 of them. Only 2/10 will now connect to signal after one season. Tried calling and emailing bushnell for 2 weeks and received no email response and the phone line is has an automated response saying they’re unavailable. Now the 2 cameras that were working say the don’t have subscriptions and won’t send any pictures while they most definitely do have subscriptions. Absolutely stay away from these!
This camera worked perfectly and took amazing pictures until the most recent update. Now nothing. Whatever bugs that I never noticed before were “fixed” In regards to my camera and my app. The bugs are not fixed.
Have 5 cameras and can only get one to send pictures. Tried calling, tried emailing and tried contacting someone through the app. It has been a month of attempts and still can’t get a response. App and cameras aren’t to bad when they worked
I got logged out of the app, attempted to login in and keep getting invalid credentials. Same thing when I attempt to log in on a browser. I have tried power cycling my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app and still isn’t working. What am I paying for at this point. Have attempted to contact Bushnell for assistance and keep getting the queue is full every time I call.
The app is clunky, it doesn’t let me set up plan. It doesn’t let me even save billing information. I can’t say if the camera is good or not since I can’t even use it. Update, I never heard from customer service and it still doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY!
U need new IT developers!!!!!!
I constantly have issues with the app and these cameras. Everything will be green lights, says great signal, but we will get nothing for weeks. Then randomly we will get 100 pictures/videos. It is unreliable and inconsistent. Spend the money on better cameras.
My cellucore20 worked perfectly until the free trial expired. Signed up for a paid plan and hasn’t worked since. Customer service never answers the phone. Finally got a return call weeks later, told camera was working well, not sure why data plan isn’t working, switched me to a different plan sad we were good to go…nope. And start the process over. Still not working. Waste of money
