Unacceptable app from such a major bank
The app is outdated, to say the least. The interface is from late 2000-s, errors occur when you try to make use of some of the functions, login is complicated (look at how other banks do it pls, introduce Face ID at least to save your clients the time). Bank statements cannot be made beyond 2 months - in the app I cannot choose earlier period. If you go to other window you have to login once again. The browser version for the PC is even worse. Shame, it is a horrible experience

Can’t even generate statements ! Been 18 months of waiting for improvement and still waiting with technical team having no idea what they are doing. I’m shocked that actual customers have been used as testing phase, that too on business banking!
