Slow app
Never seen a proper banking app that for some reason always so slow to log in and authorize transactions. The app takes you back to early ages of internet in 1990s . Thank you for the nostalgia
It is a shame app
This is a real shame application I have ever seen in my professional life in banking sector. It hangs, stuck and do every bad thing you can think of… hello IT team wake up and do something about this app.
User interface
Please update the app regularly, it feels like i am using an app which is more than 5 years old. This layout is is for old models. Very disappointing.
Multiple accounts
Hello I am using it well for banking and smart token generation , but I am not able to use multiple accounts
Slow App most in service
The app is very slow as compared to other banking apps when we go to services it keeps loading and takes more time to load.Please fix the issue asap
Slow and lags
Incredible lag, like a 5th world country bank app. Get a proper development team and do a better job. This is a wealthy country with a lot of resources. The app is super slow and unusable !!!

The best app it’s 360 degrees better then the old one
Terrible UI/UX, Several Lag issues
Expected better service and platform given the name and brand image. One of the worst banking platforms. Even their own staff agreed on the same and kept saying they are working to improve.. since more than 6 months now.
