app is fine, i got on the bus with no issues. can’t account for the other negative reviews so YMMV

Unable to purchase tickets, keeps crashing or defaulting to main splash page. You guys are missing out of revenue potential from missed ticketed opportunities due to a poorly published website and app.

Be fully prepared for the bus to be 3 hours late, for the bus to be completely full leaving you shafted, and to be on hold on the phone for longer than you’re waiting

Can’t go back to see bus schedules on app when you’re on your ticket page. Also had issues trying to get to the mobile ticket.
