Butlin’s B-Serve

I got charged and then told the drink isn’t available and had to pay again to get the drinks. Who knows if or when I will get a refund

Skegness have switched off B-Serve but didn’t tell the customers as they continued to try to get the app to work.. shocking Butlins. Then that caused hideous queues of people trying to get drinks.. at a time when Butlins are fighting a Norovirus outbreak.. again shocking Butlins!!

Easy and quick to use

Having to use a verification code to login every time is a pain especially when it takes so long to load.

Spent 25 minutes trying to capture the verification code in time to stop the app going out of time. Had to restart my order 3 times and 5 verification codes. Use text messages for goodness sakes.

What’s wrong with waiters

Makes eating out with the family very stressful. Doesn’t always work & is quite time consuming! We prefer to deal with a human I’m afraid & don’t enjoy having to use apps…

The app keeps giving me a server error when trying to reset my password Butlins customer services sent me at resort to a number of bars, reception and restaurants but no one could help. The customer service number people couldn’t help and here I am a full day after making a formal complaint and still no help or contact. Basically … AWFUL WELL DONE BUTLINS !
