Invalid Modifier List error message leaving my Butterfish on line order tool locked up in cyberspace toilet somewhere. I can’t order my favorite dish because if it and In going to cry now. John
That’s all. It takes forever to load. Then keeps glitching.
On a very rare occasion does this app open & function. Even after deleting/redownloading & restarting the phone, it still doesn’t open! Since your restaurant doesn’t allow phone orders, please please fix this bug!!! Gotta get my poke on.
Best poke restaurant in town but the app doesn't work most of the time
You can use the app to start an order, but when you click on the order the screen turns white and freezes. I’ve reinstalled the app, and lost my order multiple times. A bummer, as I have used the app before and not had these problems.
App will not stay open. Go to place order and freezes up.
I ordered online two large bowls.The person start preparing the food while I waited at the window.I got a mix of toppings and proteins which are not even near what I ordered. I had no survey or receipt from app or in store. This app missed up my food for no reason with no apologies. I got ginger in the two below which I do not really like. I will not recommend this app to anybody.
This review is only on the use of the app call my mom on the restaurant. Downloaded the app and register it was easy. However upon picking the location pressed on desired location three times (because it didn’t switch at first) and it still ended up ordering from another location. That was frustrating to say the least.
My thoughts are similar to many of the reviews I’ve read. Good food-horrible app. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem but you are forced to use the app to order food from them The app doesn’t work very well and several times I’ve ended up eating elsewhere because I couldn’t negotiate the app. What doesn’t make sense is why Butterfish doesn’t just get rid of this app and start over. When your app frustrates and angers your customers so much that it is costing you business and good will...why not start over and get it right? That seems pretty obvious.
