Like the Idea But…
This app/service is something I’m looking to try out as a visually impaired rider. I use Access Services as my means of getting around, but I like to see this service, which declares that services are more secure, fast, and efficient. However, the app is not Voiceover friendly, and I HAVE to require assistance when scheduling my rides by date and time. If I had to make one vital/crucial fix to this app, it will be to improve the app to where screen readers can perform tasks successfully. Right now, I NEED someone sighted to help me when I can schedule my rides myself. I really hope this gets implemented quickly because I’d love to use the app.
