cant even make an account bc it won’t let me select gender. i was really hopeful about this app and it doesn’t even work. not to mention the misspellings. definitely disappointed. hopefully it’ll be better one day. i just wanna get out there again without being a fetish. ig i’ll try another app.

Can’t get past the first screen that asks for gender

This app is a joke and is no better than tinder. I only ran in to people who wanted trans trophies and no one looking for an actual connection. It’s not safe at all and support won’t delete your account even if you email them and give them a legitimate reason why it isn’t safe. Stay FAR away.

When it gets to the “select gender” page, it won’t let me select a gender to move on and finish creating a profile

I remember using this app when it was first announced n that time i ended up deleting it because its extremely restricted. I understand why but it’s not worth getting to know anyone if you aren't allowed to speak from your heart while building your profile. I was hopping the fixed that. Its a huge no for me. I am Intersex/ Trans fem and Asexual Neutral. It is a nightmare for a person like me to find a partner in these apps. I found someone of the same spectrum n i cannot even talk to them cuz of a pay wall. I find it insulting that i cannot modify my own profile either. It literally feels very cold n controlling how they present u. I feel like I'm just another steak in the market. I would rather stay in grndr. They don’t force u to pay for chats n you are free to do with your profile as u please with minor restrictions. Yes theres a crap ton of a holes n rude men there but it doesn’t limit me from what’s important. No pay wall for communication.,whats the point of this trans space if we aren’t allowed to talk to each other? Make chat accessible without a pay wall n i would give it a better chance. Otherwise don’t bother trying to make a “safe space” without communication it’s counterproductive. It takes more than looks for me to be attracted to another person. Without the one thing that matters to me more than flesh? Why would i waste money on vip if its not really catered to people like me?

Another fringe dating that’s poorly moderated.. your far more likely to be contacted by a scammer and or catfish then finding a real dating possibility!!

Upon creating an account you will receive multiple inbox messages. After a certain limit (three?) you will need to purchase a VIP membership. When I corresponded with one user, they told me they hadn’t sent a message personally. It appears their message of “interest” was automatically generated based on the message saved as a “flirt.” This is very misleading behavior, yet somehow typical of dating apps. It’s irritating that they are targeting the LGBT+ community with their questionable and unethical techniques.
