Невозможно даже отредактировать профиль. Для этого надо идти в десктоп версию. Оценка ток за идею и дизайн апп.

Hi, It’s really unfortunate to see just how much feedback yall are getting pertaining to mostly the same issues yet yall refuse to do anything about it. First, I’m a business owner my whole life and im not sure if you’re aware but you are not legally allowed to have your consumers be responsible for any transaction fees stripe charges as the business is solely between you (your company) and stripe. We are just your consumers paying to use your services. Think about it… it’s common sense… it would be like charging a consumer the goods and services pay pal fee lol. Thats not how it works. We don’t have a direct relationship with stripe.. YOU are in charge of dispensing our money to us. The fact you think it’s legal to hold anyone’s money from them is crazy and if you look up the laws embedded in stripe, PayPal, even cash app lol you will see, by federal law, you cannot up charge/get the charge paid for via your consumers. For example, this is why some companies do not take AMEX. They prefer not to take it so they don’t incur the higher fee but they do not take it and then charge their consumers for the AMEX fee every time there’s a transaction lol. You can also check the FTC. This is a very known scam that some truly are just unaware of bc they don’t really take the time to understand what they signed up for and other times people are aware but think they can get away with it bc majority of average consumers out there don’t know about this. I HIGHLY recommend you re-establish the method in which you are conducting business before you get audited. Its not worth it! Lastly, I really wanted to love this app bc you guys really have a great concept but aside from the above mentioned, I find it very hypocritical of you to advertise “instead of having to click on patron, mailchimp, etc .. you can do everything right from one app!” When in fact this is very false. We don’t even have control of the funds people pay to US until you say so and meanwhile you have absolutely no legal authority to do so. You are not a bank, you are not a merchant… you are simply the owner of an application/a service. I don’t want to be rude but you are violating federal law and i highly suggest you look into this for yourself immediately before it backfires. I really hope you don’t take this any other way than constructive criticism as I’m an entrepreneur myself and would like it if someone were to take the time to communicate things to me rather than going right to the sources and t

Really cool idea... But sending funds and withdrawing funds isn't intuitive (I figured it out, but even help articles were not clear). Ability to save password and login via biometrics would be great. Update: continued problems with adding pictures to posts. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, i continue to receive "network error".
