Bug
If I saved a bike and it’s sold I can’t unlike it and I have too much bikes in saved bikes
Total mess
I put my bike on sale, someone bought it, I indicated my bank account and I was veryfied as a user. Til this moment everything looked fine. Next day my bike became the status „sales declined” - I thought WTF? I tried to cocntact customer support but there is only a chatbot available. The UX and UI feels like beta version. Its not a product ready to be rolled out.
Can’t use it. Damaged fonts, not visible.
Unusuble on my iPhone. Buttons and forms without text, fonts not visible, very bad UX and full of bugs.
Very poor experience
I’m trying to sell my bike for a month, it’s in excellent condition with price lower by 40% then the lowest suggestion of the system. Since then I’ve got two potential buyers, we negotiated the price with both. I’m accepting the counteroffer, buyer accepting it - and it’s 4 days with both when we are accepting each other on a cooldown :D I don’t know what’s going on, maybe it’s a scam? There is also impossible to enter zip code with symbols, you should be aware that our world have different zip codes types. It’s very weird to operate in EU and not support EU zip codes :) It is also only one language available- English, and I’m on a daily basis facing placeholders instead of names “button.7.type” and so on in a different places. I would say this is terrible app, terrible UX. You can’t even open item you are selling!
Search doesn't work after recent update
Everything worked fine but the recent update broke search and filtering
No possibility to add different type of bike
Wanted to sell my Bike but there is No such model in app…huge minus for that.
Cant post add with my bike
Because my model does not exist in app catalogue
Pessime esperienze
Non ti lascia incontrare di persona con l’acquirente senza pagare una tassa di protezioni acquisti a Buycycle a par mio poco utile. Inoltre mi si è rotta la bici che ho venduto e ho dovuto pagare una penale perché non l’ho spedita
Comoda e funzionale
Ho provato a vendere 2 bici per la prima volta e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto: molto comodo il servizio a domicilio per ritirare il pacco, ma anche molto bella la possibilità di comprare direttamente l’imballaggio dato che non è facilmente reperibile. Pagamento arrivato sul conto nei termini previsti, consigliatissimo.
