Buy&Ship

Kindly make options for notifications and not just a blanket on/off. I would like to receive order status/update, and not the marketing notification (too often). Other than that, good app in general.

Constant spamming of notifications with no option to disable them

Forced to update app and it wont even start. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same………. Seriously pls dont force us to update if it will just stop the app from working…..

Delivery of packages were delayed with no updates from B&S or even the courier. Only when they were prompted did they do a check on the reason for the delay. Ended up having the package “completely destroyed” by the courier. B&S did not even ask for evidence of the “completely destroyed” package and just accepted it as is. Nonsense company.

Sometimes flight delayed. Packages lost.

I say forget about the app when the company is thrash. First time using their service and the last time. I consolidated and ship my order but they got it mixed up with other ppl order and had to return to their main HK warehouse to sort out again. More than 2 weeks taken and NO UPDATES from them. It seems their CS are all from HK and their communications (in english) are limited edition. Don’t be fooled by the low rate ($7 per lb). The process is slow and you have to wait for your items to route from other countries warehouses back to their HK warehouse before you can request to ship back to yourself.

回覆慢到嘔，唔理解點解可以冇電話客服負責聯絡處理問題，線上客服要一個鐘先收到回覆，可以叫人去攞貨但係唔俾提貨密碼我主要我屋企附近冇攞貨點只可以去遠啲，去到攞貨即時搵唔到人仲要冇理由返屋企等通知再去多次。完全就係服務質素欠佳

Everyday has so many ad notifications , annoying

個件派左4日都無入庫，CS唔覆，覆都是果句叫你等。個app日日賣廣告仲唔關得，垃圾！
