Buzz Gym

The app is as Tacky as the members. Some of the women are horrible. They walk around like they are matcho with looks to kill. They will kill your energy, believe me. The music level is club level 24/7 and they point blank refuse to turn it down. Read the reviews on Trust pilot. These reviews up here are fake. So many people hate that place. Cannon St. Managers don't speak or understand English. Good luck!

The place is too small for the amount of member plus some staff are not helpful

First spin class at the gym totally enjoyed it with John he looked after me kept checking if I was okay due to my heart issues felt at ease

Virtuagym supports class booking but Buzz don’t use it and instead display their mobile unfriendly website instead. Virtuagym also support adding booked classes to your phone calendar but Buzz also don’t support this. Also can’t find anywhere in the app that shows my entry pin.

I am a member but I am unable to log in on the app however I can just fine online

Register for the app as new user and when you login, features such the capacity checker ask you to login via a web view and it takes you to the gym portal and not the capacity checker. I have tried to delete the app/reinstall as I work a software tester by trade. Support page does not exist off the App Store either?

I’m a member and can’t log on to the app through my phone to see quiet times to go to the gym I’ve tried a number of times to reset my password and nothing it’s fine online but not through the app :(
