Buzz: Secure Medical Messenger

Buzz is a great tool for healthcare providers. I am a pain physician and work with many device representatives who need to communicate with me in a safe, secure manner. This application also allows me to share pictures and images in a secure and private manner as well. It has really helped to streamline operations for my office and I feel reassured that I am doing this is in a HIPAA safe environment. Definitely a great app!

I've been using Buzz for roughly 8 months and am very pleased with the app so far. I use it both on my phone and on Desktop to easily communicate with my teammates. This has helped streamline my work and unclog my inbox.

Over the last eight months, Buzz has been a huge part of my daily team communications. The app is easy to use on mobile and web and has cut down on my email clutter significantly. It’s easier for getting approvals and finding relevant conversation than other tools I’ve used. Recommend checking it out if you’re collaborating with different teams and stakeholders regularly.

I’ve been using the BUZZ platform now for over 4 years. It’s clean, easy to use, and way more powerful that you’d ever think. The advances that were made in the apps development have dramatically improved functionality w/o any loss of previous capabilities or speed. The ability to link to other medical references is super helpful. The ability to route videos, audio files, and pictures is great. The phone dialed keeps my phone # private w/ patients while I can still interact easily with patients… The addition of fax functionality over the past few years made things even more useful. Generally speaking, the app continues to surprise to the upside! Keep it up, Skyscape… I love the constant attention to my needs as a clinician!

I absolutely love using the Buzz App! It gives me the ability to discuss urgent personal information with my medical provider. I love the functionality and how easy the app is to navigate!!

Finally a communication app completely HIPPA compliant

I have been using Buzz for a couple of years and love the iPhone version. The platform is intuitive, HIPAA-compliant, and clinically driven. We work with group of physicians where it was essential to communicate beyond the EHR related activities and be able to send messages and respond in real-time. Buzz phone is very powerful with an ability to connect 1-to-1 with other Buzz users or even patients or family members on the landline. I can call patients from my own device while showing the patients my organization phone number as a caller ID rather than the their own personal number. During Covid crisis, they quickly added Buzz Video Calls and document/form editing and signature features - they're incredible! The best part is the patient has no app or other third party download they have to use. Company also provides a real-time support to our organization to answer any queries and provide updates. The Skyscape support team actually takes feedback very seriously and is very quick to address any concerns and eager to tackle suggestions for new features or improvements!

Not a fan, poor to read and no way to enlarge or make letters bold . Company says to change it under settings but no way to enlarge. There is also no way to creat a group message, every individual has to be added separate . Extremely Poor Program!!!!!!!!!!
