Buzzer - Community Safety

This is a great app, every community should have something like this. Get help with a single click, report activity in your area, read messages and stay up to do with what is happening around you. Indispensable.

Luckily I’m not having a medical issue today, always had this as a back up, now just hangs, ‘app update’ 😳🙄

1. After loading my correct address the app does not put into the correct group. No way to sort this. 2. No way to contact developer: the Help menu is inaccessible until one is fully able to use unlocked app, so no way to address the above issues.

Took personal information then states unavailable in my location. Should be able to see if available by zip code prior to giving personal information. Makes me wonder if this is a fishing scam!

This app is really working well for short term plaster solutions. It would be great if social services and law enforcement could participate more long term solutions. One request - The app really needs to allow users some privacy control. One can see every other user (and their full name) on a live map. I doubt most users are aware that anyone can see them sitting in their homes as pins on a map, and if they were aware, would they be okay with this? There should be an option to be private

The accidental alerts are frustrating! Please add another step “ARE YOU SURE ?” before alerting the world.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a woman, I can't express enough how grateful I am for Buzzer. This app is a lifeline in my pocket, offering an extra layer of protection and peace of mind. Its discreet panic button and location sharing features are a game-changer for personal safety. The community aspect allows me to connect with others and feel more secure, especially during solo outings. Buzzer is not just an app, but a powerful tool that empowers women to navigate the world confidently and safely.

Not only does this app give an extra sense of security in your area, but they respond immediately and rush on scene very quickly. I have seen them resolve multiple situations time after time. They also send updates to all the users on the app in that specific area, so that everyone in the community is aware of the occurrences, and whether they have been resolved or not. Respect to all the members contributing to the creation of a safe community, this is exactly what my town needed.

I feel much safer knowing I have this on-hand. I can walk alone on campus and it’s great being able to follow up on other reports that are raised!
