Truly a great idea that is surely needed in todays world of fast fashion. But the app itself is very slow to load, not sure if it's the way items are being rendered or if it's just performance issues. I'd expect to see favorited items on my profile, not hidden in a menu.

No one buys your items

Disappointed that several of my items have been rejected from being listed Items from brands such as Whistles - yet they allow other users to upload dresses from Whistles !

Easy to use, intuitive, with wide choice of stuff and great suppliers! Recommended based on last week’s rental. Thank you!

Always declined my listings because it’s no longer available on a website, that’s not how vintage designer gear works. (Some listings randomly approved even tho I don’t have a website link - no consistency, their help was pretty useless) The ones I did get listed nobody ever rented. Lost interest in the app, waste of my time trying to get items on it.

Such a great platform doing their bit to solve fashion industry’s sustainability

Lures you in with lower prices then as soon as you sign up and hand over your data they change the prices so it’s clearer the ‘from’ price is never going to be the actual price you pay when you rent for the minimum number of days. App also slow and crashes.

I love using ByRotation. Such a genius idea

I was promised an order by a certain date and it never came. I couldn’t make an alternative arrangement because it was a special Saree and I was unable to find anything similar. It ruined the event.
