App crashes when you go to look at any provider responses Clunky app Needs a lot of work

The new app is terrible .why did you change it to make it slower and so difficult to access plans? What is the issue??

I haven’t been able to use the app a single time without it crashing. I end up using the website to view the responses.

How do I view responses from the asset owners?

Just letting you know, I couldn’t make an account because my password wasn’t accepted even though it fit all the criteria. Tried many times (with some very long and complicated passwords) but no luck.

App is garbage 90 % of the time. Have to delete app and reinstall to remove the issues. Once I choose a location and set out the area for assets it glitches out and won’t allow me to go to the next step. When it works it’s great, but for someone like myself that works for a utility and need quick use of this app it becomes quite frustrating when these issues keep happening.

Emergency water works, don’t have time to submit plans ect. Pretty good app only issue is 1 or 2 hrs wait time on gas plans, usually Iv finished digging by then or found gas the hard way.

Since this app has been updated it won’t work for me. I’ve tried everything but still no luck. Bring back the old app!

What a shocker. The map is terrible. If your in a paddock, you have no chance. Bring back the hybrid map! Better still. Bring back the old app.
