Es horrible dos cursos lleva mi hijo y jamas hemos podido hacer nada, cada vez q nos hemos conectado se bloquea en la primera pantalla

- receiving a server error when trying to login to the app - reported an error via the web - next day I reveived an email reply: uninstall and reinstall the app (to fix a server error :)) - sceptical, followed their instructions - it did not work - the only way to follow up the case is a reply link they include in the email and you get a disabled cookies error - after trying diff browsers and devices and make it sure the cookies are enabled, it keeps on failing - they do not offer any other help contact - I created another ticket - repeat all the previous steps until is the problem is solved or until your child have had the exam and you do not need the app anymore

La peor App hasta la fecha ... imposible descargarse los los libros

No me gusta estudiar

A pesar de tener las licencias activas hasta 2022, la aplicación no permite acceder a los libros.

Me alegré de poder tenerla como profesora a principio de curso, pero da muchísimos problemas a las familias para darse de alta o reconectarse. Muchos ejercicios tienen errores o se los corrigen mal. No saben cómo ver mis mensajes de corrección. No puedo usarla bien en el iPad. ¡Con lo bien que me vendría en estos días si funcionara bien!
