Easy to set up and use.

We travel often overseas so this is a great tag to have. So when hand him to a friend or family member it easy just to change the contact details! Easy to use I love the looks Great dog tag! But just unfortunate they don’t ship to Australia anymore, as I wanted to get more for myself and other wanted to get it for there dogs once the saw ours.

We decided to get the byte tag that slides on the collar. We were showing this to some friends and it would not scan. This has only been on for a few months so would expect it to work. It does look like it has faded which should not happen either. Thankfully we have found this out now and not when she might get lost

So glad my dogs had their tags on and activated when our garage door unexpectedly opened in the middle of the night. I was contacted from the barcode and my details were kept private. 🙏

I love the tag! Works well! I have notice recently after a good 7 months of wear my big rottie has scratched the middle and the QR code does not work any more. I am looking at a replacement with the same QR code to replace the one he’s wearing. May need to look at printing the QR directly onto the elastic that goes on the collar rather than the middle metal part.

The tag detached on the first outing when we return from the outing the metal ring was there but the plastic must’ve broken off. I gotta say that I was really disappointed for the cost of the tag on the app really wasn’t worth one single dog walk.

Set up was quite easy, but I was surprised that I had to pay a fee on the app.
