I still cannot believe that this small but very frustrating quirk has not been resolved.

Never shows train journeys made on Flexi season, always have to confirm address when using Apple Pay, refreshes the entire app because you’ve “been away”, always chooses a return even when you’ve selected a single after the “refresh”. Woeful app.

Like many I am forced to use this app as I regularly commute and want to use the flexi season capability as I don’t want to queue for a daily. Lots of little niggles - Why does the app keep expired tickets - for example flexi season ? The faq’s say updating your card will clear expired tickets but that does not work. Why does it force you every tome to select the same smart card to load a ticket ? Why can’t it remember the one you use ? Why do you have to select your address when you are paying by Apple Pay ? Why can’t it show you or remind you when a flexi season only has 1 journey left ? The biggest issue is the loading process. Every time you buy a flexi you have to wait 30 mins ish for it to actually load. This seems very hit and miss as mine often works at my local station but then the gate won’t open at the london end. The other frustration is using credit to pay. I see I have say £12 credit and tap use credit. It says it will take you to a separate screen but it doesn’t it takes you to the payment screen and shows zero credit. I assume you have to have 100% of the ticket price to use credit- but it does not say that. Frustrating.

Every time I click re-purchase ticket on an old ticket, it registers as a next day ticket. I have been stopped and fined for this honest mistake made through the app, even though I am not trying to avoid a train fare (I bought the ticket!) This has cost me £102 and there was a threat of prosecution because of this issue. Please check your tickets even if you are in a rush!

Why is the app saying download the newer version, I hit update and nothing happens ?

Very expensive for a weekly commuter

App updated yesterday but now stuck in a loop asking me to update to the newer version. So app is totally unusable. Have tried reinstalling but nothing works.

The most recent update in July 24 is causing issues. I log in to the app and it says it’s not the most up to date version. I go to update the app and App Store tells me it was updated yesterday. Delete the app, and reinstall to ensure it’s the latest version, and still the same message that it’s not the up to date version. Which means I can’t upload my ticket on to my Smartcard today to use!
