Went to renew registration and am met with 403 errors when i clicked almost any link in the app

WHY can’t schedule this stupid test thru the app, why is the website easier, faster, & more user friendly than this app, seriously!!

I was able to open the app and use it the first day I downloaded it. But only that one time. I’ve tried accessing the app and it just says “error 404”. What’s the point of moving everything online or on the app when it doesn’t work!

Nothing short of frustrating when they create an app and it does not work. Even with “bug fixes” the original version worked but this new version does not when it comes to renew registrations. Its a simple routine thing we all need to do but it does not work. Entered the plate number and last 5 of the vin and it says “check your information” super frustrating when that registration is coming due soon.

This app every time I open it, it has a error code for everything I try to open. This app has an issue and needs to be fixed

It looks like someone had a deadline to meet and it was put up no matter what. I was hoping that it was better than the website. Both of them had things that were difficult to find. It is just a little bit better than nothing.
