I am a tourist we and want to use Cabify but I can’t login with my phone because don’t get verification sms.my mobile operator says that is app bug-so I ask you to check and resolve it🙏🏻
Ayer pedí un taxi en la estación de Madrid. Esperamos al conductor durante unos 8 minutos. el conductor se saltó el giro y nuevamente tuve que esperar 8 minutos, cancelé el taxi y pedí uno nuevo. Cabify me cobró por esta acción. para que entiendas que el costo del viaje fue de unos 10 euros, te descontaron 5,50. se puso en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente, que es completamente inexistente. Dicen que dicen esas reglas y tu culpa. el dinero no fue devuelto. No volveré a utilizar los servicios. hay otras empresas.
Cannot login with any of the mobile numbers used (three countries)
I got a very bad user experience, at first they sent the wrong information and made me wait for a response for 3 days UPD: They twice said that they can’t add cash payment method without local DNI, but this option is available now. I don’t know how it works, but thank you!

Cannot use the app because of the aforementioned issue. Support folks are clueless. Bad!

Why on the earth do I have to wait for 15 minutes before ordering a taxi in a specific zone? Ok, it might be due to local regulation but I’d prefer being informed about that while I’m exploring options, not when I pressed Order and getting late to the airport. Also, the tariffs displayed in Google Maps are promotional. When I attempted to order taxi with them, no driver were accepting ride for nearly an hour. When I called a cab using the standard tariffs, a driver was appointed quickly. It might be ok if the client were informed about that clearly and in advance.
Due to inability to provide a credit card information, I’m basically unable to use the app. The support told me I can’t verify the account with a photo of my ID, but I can only do that by submitting a credit card information. When did a credit card became more legitimate than an ID? Very unsatisfied ☹️
