Can’t log in

It seems that after the most recent update, it doesn’t let you log in anymore. Tried three different devices and I can’t get into my account/my buddy can’t get into his.

App Crashes on IOS 12.5.5

This is the latest release 4/26 or 4/27/22 update? Recommend that you keep the previous version for older iPhones.

Never goes to the right information

Never goes to the actual app It just shows only the messages center. I’ve been a player for a long time; I play a lot but I hardly ever get free play or food vouchers and when I do usually it’s just $5-$10 if lucky $20 My friends get $50-$100 sometimes $200 I should be getting high fee plays too!

Chinese restaurant

The Filipino manager doesn’t know how to tslk to customers. We waited for almost one hr in line and people coming from know where comes in when we complain this manager said we can go in other resto to eat because this people are JADE and spend hours playing. But how does it work because we are in the lowest type of players card we cannot go eat. You need to teach your employee etiquette on how to approach your gamblers. I forgot the name of the resto its the one by the entrance door. I don’t have complain with your other employees they are friendly n helpful. Thank you

Not so good! I’m here now spending $$ & it’s not responding, even w/ WiFi???.....

The App

It freezes every time I get on it. It never has the right information on it. I have to delete it almost every time and load it back up, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t! Frustrating!!

Tapped ROTATE. The screen turned into a photo of my player card, but there’s no getting out of it!?!?
