App is the best ever

Love this app but

We live in the UK and visit Vegas twice a year and this app is brilliant. I love the facility of being able to view all the different restaurants and look at the menus as well as being able to book a table through the app. The one area of this app that needs to be sorted out is deletion of offers that I’m not interested in. Although there is a facility to delete the offers I don’t want they always seem to magically escape the trash bin and re-appear when I next view this section of the menu. All in all as a dedicated Total Rewards fan I find the positives of this app far outweigh this one negative and I would happily recommend to anyone.

I Love Ceasers Rewards!!

I am so happy to have installed this app! This app keeps me up to date on my slot play schedule, promotions, and also rewards me additional slot play. I can keep record of my spendings and earnings while also booking the many trips I have earned through this app!

Many Issues, avoid the frustration

The app may partially work somewhere but I wasn’t able to find that part that worked as you would expect any other app to perform. I was able to sign up and share personal info I generally don’t like to. After signing up, I tried to explore an option to get rewards points. It wouldn’t log me in, a form popped up that couldn’t be interacted with but had blank spots for my home address, gender and so forth. I tried to check my profile to see if that info was on there. It wasn’t but I could edit that form so I gave more personal info after doing a required 2 step verification. The page crashed and wouldn’t update. After multiple attempts the app still crashes every time I try and edit any personal info and have to go through verifying my email every time I open the app. So as far as I can tell this app gathers personal info, doesn’t work but implies you need to share more about yourself and when it has mined as much data as its able to the app’s function is to freeze on the app or redirect to a website that redirects to the app and so on. Cool
