Easy Peasy

Solid app with all the info at my fingertips :)

Lunch and Learn experience

Everything was great but your App needs to have the receipt stored.

CAN’T PRINT RECIPTS FOR EXPENSE REPORTS

The app needs to be refined. It was difficult to find my order to see if it went through and I can’t print a receipt from the receipts page. At least if the receipt was on one page I could use a screenshot but I have to scroll down three pages to get to the bottom.

Can’t sign up

Won’t let me create an account. No matter what I put in the password field, it won’t accept us.

Not as good

Trying to make an order and the cart says empty after adding several items. Three tries same issue.

Zero points

My points never load in this app after I cater with any of your restaurants.

Can’t add to order.

Can’t use the app if I can’t get anything to add to the cart.

Does not work in Dark Mode

The numbers to input your birthday are all blank when your phone is on dark mode.

The app has what you look for In a food app for ease of order- Has easy order feature where you can make something your “favorite” Saves your card Looks for what’s nearest to you Allows you to schedule pickup time OR select ASAP and tells you that time frame Drops gifts randomly Has reorder feature so that your “favorite” can be ordered in 3 clicks and you’re on the app for less than 30 seconds You can also TRACK YOUR FOOD IF IT IS BEING DELIVERED hello why not get this?! Grab and go feature allows you to not wait in the line or interact with anyone if that’s your desire

Doesn’t process orders

Every order I’ve placed through the catering app gets cancelled. I get an order confirmation email, and then the morning of my event I get a “the system was unable to process your order” email. It does save your order, so you can call it in, but it doesn’t actually allow you to successfully order anything.
