Leider funktioniert die App nicht, kann meine Telefonnummer nicht verifizieren und meine Gutscheine nicht abholen.

Besser in jeder Hinsicht als noch mehr Papierkarten

Einer der einzigen Cafe Apps auf dem deutschen App Store, die man auch in der UK benutzen kann (und damit auch bezahlen kann). Man bekommt nach dem 10ten warmen Getränk auch noch einen um sonst. Cafe nero ist somit nun mein go-to. 😂👍🏼

Brilliant, friendly staff.

I tried to redeem a vitality voucher at London Bridge station. It scanned ok, it disappeared from the app, and the activity section of the app now says “voucher reedemed”. However, the staff said it didn’t work and wouldn’t let me have the drink I’d ordered without paying extra for the coffee. As far as I was concerned I’d already paid for it with the voucher so I didn’t have it.

Everyone in Devizes branch is fab!! Drinks are always fab and I come here all the time to meet friends! The app is also brilliant, especially the crackers and I love that I don’t need to carry around my stamp card!

Best cafe in town

At the moment, it seems that phone verification is experiencing some issues, which led me to use a non-iPhone as a workaround. It's worth noting that this mainly impacts those who deal with vouchers, as phone verification doesn't seem to affect most users. I've contacted support for assistance, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet. It would be great if this issue could be addressed to improve everyone's user experience.
