I absolutely loooove Caley’s way of teaching, refreshing, deep, safe and so fulfilling ! I am addicted to her yoga Nidra sessions and love the pranayama-mudra-meditations-kundalini inspired content. I absolutely love it and would recommend for the amazing teachings she always deliver in the most unexpected ways! I cannot wait to be able to take her yoga nidra teacher training!

The cues, especially for breathing, are incredible! It’s so supportive to the movements and I’ve noticed just in a few days of doing this app that it’s making a big difference in my flows and day to day.

This app has such an evolving and extensive library, it’s amazing! though I practice several sessions repeatedly, (because they are so beneficial and intentionally delivered) I’m so grateful to see continuous classes and instructions being offered regularly! The Caley Alyssa app has such a variety of modalities and practices that I feel supplied in my daily rituals, and I am also always learning something! It is a gift to receive from such a dedicated practitioner, and I trusted Caley instantly after taking a class of hers. I love this app so much, and use it every day. Talk about bang for your buck, and it keeps getting better with more content added and little upgrades here and there. I do one of Caley’s meditations every day in the sauna, and love mixing it up with yoga, yoga nidra, and the small little series like nighttime routine etc. SO GOOD!

Caley is a master at inventive flows and educational content. I first found her through alo yoga and I’ve followed her through multiple platforms. She also teaches astral travel through yoga nidra, which is transformative. Cannot recommend her work enough!

The Caley Allyssa app is my go to for breath-work, meditation, yoga nidra, and asana practice. I can not say enough good things about the content. The app is key to my well-being practice. Simply the best!

This is by far the most invigorating yoga app I’ve used! Caley’s flows are creative and powerful and truly invigorating!! Her flows hit so many muscles I have struggled to hit in my regular yoga classes. If you are looking for a “workout” app but this is going to get your quickly get your body activated as well as your mind. So impressed with this app!!!

This is what I typed in app support but I got an error message and it would not send: I am unable to access premium content after signing up multiple ways. Not sure what the issue is but it always goes back to the sign up page when I try to view premium content which is basically everything available except intro. Please help if possible.
