Calgary Transit On Demand

Used to think it was at least okay. Its not, its so goddamn awful, bring back regular bus routes for the love of god

You want this to buy a ticket? Stop right there. This is a transit map, at best.

You guys seriously need to have all the Calgary transit service apps linked together with one account because I can’t login to my on-demand with the information that I log in with on MyFare and it’s super annoying cause I can’t even use the same phone number if I wanted to register a new account

Can never get routes from my home when there’s definitely ways (Bus routes and bus stops) I never had a problem with the old version of this. Pretty much useless. AND IT FREEZES all the time, other transit apps are so much better.

I refuse to give my phone number just to find a bus route.

The app is a hit! I love it

Please please please for the love of god’s get rid of this garbage system, why have a vehicle that can fit like 6 people max for an entire NEIGHBORHOOD?! It’s ridiculous and disappointing after using this app for over 2 years I’ve resorted to purchasing a vehicle to save all the wasted time I’ve spent waiting for drivers that show up late all the time and sometimes don’t even show up!! Good bye and good riddance, hopefully this system improves for the better for other commuters that use public Transports

But now has outlived it’s usefulness. Would you like a completely randomized transit experience, every single day? You are in competition with other people, so if they book their bus first, you get to have a 30-40 minute wait gap. Arrive super early or super late, no in between. To make it worse it’s one bus for an entire area. I’ve had my bus drive past my destination to pick up someone 10 minute away and then go back to where we started? Pick up and drop offs are just so bizarre now that it doesn’t make sense to have on-demand anymore. Want people to use transit more? Abandon this app

i’ve had multiple issues with this app

It keeps saying I have to read the agreement for use. I did that, like 6 times!
