When placing orders via İntak, the option “dine in” must be added. Please update 🥲

The app looks nice, but is very frustrating. Despite me using it numerous times for delivery, it always defaults to collection and I have to go in and save my address. There are no loyalty rewards or any benefit for being a regular customer other than ridiculous coupons that never apply. You click ‘apply coupon’ and it lists ‘available coupons’ and yet they never ever apply to your order. Why on earth does it list them as available to you, if they won’t work?Just show ones that do apply.

I want to order on the app, but dine in. There's an option to pick up in store, but it'll come in a plastic bag. I want to order prior to coming in, but get standard plates/silverware. Please add an option for Dine In, or give us an option to add notes. Thanks.

Easy to navigate and great food. I just re-order for pick up and skip the kiosk.

Why would the company send me a coupon to my email and then when I try to open the coupon in the email, it’s not in the app. I tried to have an employee help me with it, but he couldn’t help and was like whatever about it. Don’t send people coupons and then it won’t work in the app. It just pisses people off and wastes their time, expecting something then not being given.

I have been a long time customer of this brand. The food is always great. I was delighted when I found out they had such a beautiful photo forward app!

The app sent me in circles such that I to login five separate times with a security code each time before I could complete a simple order. Since you can't order by phone anymore, this bug needs fixing ASAP
