How it works:
1. Enable the Call Ranger extension in iOS Settings: Phone -> Call Blocking & Identification.
2. Open the CallBlocker app, go to Settings, and make sure the "Block Calls" switch is enabled.
3. Tap on "Setup your Blocking rules" and enter the country code prefix (e.g., '1' for "+1 123 456 7899"). Tap "Next".
4. Enter the full phone number you want to block (e.g., '4151234567' for "+1 4151234567").
5. Choose how many digits to wildcard (up to 12!).
Example:
- '4151234567' with 7 wildcards becomes "415XXXXXXX"
- Blocks all numbers from +1 4150000000 to +1 4159999999

Does work
A little confusing setup process. Note to dev-team: A little more infotext snd guidance appreciated 😉 Super fast response time from customer support/developer.
Sadly didn't work
I blocked a range of 1000 numbers and the next day a scam number within that range called me. I went to enter the scam number in the app again to be sure I didn't make a mistake but the app told me that range was already added. And yes I checked that the app was activated in the phone settings.
Excellent spam blocker
Hello, your app is great! Spam calls used to disturb my meetings and finally I was able to block them without having to go number by number. I can block the automated calls that originate from the same spammer, but also has a great option to notify of a spam call and leave you the option to take the call or not. Thanks!
Doesn’t work
app doesn’t work to block calls from specific countries
Doesn’t block all colors
I get at least 20 Spam texts a day so I paid for it and downloaded the app. I took a long time to enter all the phone numbers, starting with country, area code, and the first of the four remaining numbers. Still those calls are coming through. I restarted and yet still doesn’t work. Very disappointing and I want my money back I’m going to delete the app. Also when I went to the link to send feedback or to get support it didn’t open anything.
Works!
I will admit I was a bit skeptical after seeing some of the reviews and to most of them, it’s what we call an ID-10t issue (Google it). ;) All I can say is that I used to get scam calls every single night from the same area code and prefix just with a different last 4, and those calls have completely stopped with this app. I’m a believer.
Does not work
Wanted to block certain area codes. I put 1 in there the area code followed by the number. Then I picked 256XXXXXXX, after it updated I still get calls from 256 area code. It does not work waste of money. Maybe I did it wrong but I wanted to block specific area codes from calling me.
Call block
It doesn’t work! I get a lot of spam calls from 423 area code and have attempted to block all calls from this area code but they are still coming through

Doesn’t work. I still get text messages from area codes I blocked.
