Disappointing Service with Limited Features
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Message From Santa. After years of recording special, personalized messages for my children, I found out that several voice recordings from 2017 and 2018 were permanently deleted due to a technical issue. This means that all those priceless memories, ones I had been assured were safely stored as long as I held a subscription, are now gone. These recordings are irreplaceable, and their loss feels like a real betrayal, especially since they were such a big part of our family’s holiday tradition.
Beyond this, the app itself is very basic in design and lacks features that would add real value. It may be entertaining for very young children, but it doesn’t offer much for older kids or for families hoping to capture and keep memories. I would not recommend it for anyone looking to build a lasting collection of Christmas memories, as it’s clear that they cannot guarantee the safety of your recordings.
Overall, if you’re just looking for a short-term, simple Santa experience, it may suffice. But for meaningful, long-term memories? Look elsewhere.

I can tell he is(SANTA) an NPC because I try to ask him a riddle he’s like saying nothing like an answer. Also at the end of the video it says message from Santa so how is a child gonna believe it was sent from the North Pole?!!? Anyway, fix these things to make the app better

Don’t let kids message by themselves as responses can be misleading and in our case scared our little children.
