The only problem is that there is too many adds. It’s also a little bit glitchy. Pretty good otherwise!

I have type 1 diabetes and this app is very helpful to give me food types grams of carbs to use with the My life App. Whilst I prefer no ads, I can live with the Ads in the free version, rather than have to pay money for the ads free version. If the no add version was free for people with diabetes, that would be appreciated.

There are many foods I eat that are not on this app. They need to increase their database.

I would start using this app if it’s good database were updated once a year. The food database it uses is way too out of date for me to use all the time.

Every now and again this app goes to the App Store with ads for violent games. Today I could find no way back to the calorie king app and had to delete it and re install. If I was hypo when that happened it could be life or death! Having to pay to stop ads is nothing short of blackmail! Other than the ads it does the job well.

We use this app to help my type 1 diabetic child. It’s generally good. As it’s expensive having a life long disease-I only use the free version. My issues are with the ads. I’m tolerant of them stealing precious time whilst I’m trying to calculate carbs for a hungry child…but some ads are not child friendly. So when my child tries to use the app they are confronted by images and content that are not always appropriate. This needs addressing immediately.

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and CalorieKing was recommended to me to help keep track of my carbs, weight and exercise. It is so easy to use and I’ve been able to lose some weight using this app too. Now I recommend it to anyone who needs to control their food.

Have been using app for past four years. It’s a vital resource in managing my child’s Type 1 Diabetes. The ads are getting longer and longer and appear every time you exit back out of a selected food item. Very frustrating. I had hoped there was a version that could be purchased but it’s a subscription service that is overpriced.

This app used to be brilliant, but they have taken away the feature that allows you to alter the ‘grams’ of each food. You can only use the preset ones now, which means I am constantly back and forth using my calculator to work out the calories and macros! Super annoying!

Hi! Can you update your app please? Since the new iPhone update, there is no text shown for the amount of food entered.... I use this app to count carbs for my daughters type 1 diabetes and paid for the no ad option. It really is a life line for me and this bug is not making it user friendly. Please fix! Thankyou in advance.
