Cambodia e-Arrival

I travel a lot, but I live in Cambodia. This app constantly fails. Copies wrong data. Doesn’t give options to choose as an expat/ resident. Forces us to choose departure dates. Chooses random airline names instead of the one we input. I’ve had to download and install this app five times. It’s also not intuitive if you have to do it more than once. It’s just glitchy, unless you use it once and it’s your first time using it.

We had to fill out the same information at the airport and pay for a visa. Do not use!

My E1 visa disappeared after APP updating, I did not delete the APP, just updating, who can help?

Great option for tourist visa – official government app – works smoothly – quick turnaround time – my visa was approved within an hour which made for an easy ride through passport control in Phnom Penh.

The app accepted passport and picture and other information for 2 lrofiles. But there is no way to make the application or submit. It is a dead end

The app needs you to create a profile to do anything of value, but when you submit the profile it says internet connection issue. Which is weird, because I can submit this review. The app looks nice and modern, but it has unnecessary features that seem to make it slow. It’s fine to make your app pretty, but first, please make sure it works!

Open the app but keep telling me update version available and need to update but there is nothing to update
