App is poorly thought out. Changed my email address and now have no way of accessing the app. So will use another firm instead.

Great app and much better service than Panther, recxomended

To use the app you need to sign up. To sign up you need to receive a code by email. Email never arrived, on any of the many attempts I made. Sorry guys, but then you have nothing and I go back to Uber

Always used this app. They updated the app and it no longer works. So frustrating

Camcab are truly the no1 taxi firm in Cambridge and their fares are not so over the top as other companies. Drivers are smart and friendly and they have chosen a uniform black for their cabs across the board which i think speaks volumes about their class.. Usually very timely, you’d not expect to wait long. However, I have a small dog and always write this in the comments on the app. But time and again I have been sent a cab refusing point blank to take me and my dog (who sits on my lap, so is not a nuisance). Don’t these drivers think that some customers will have the odd dog hair on their clothing!? This is not even given consideration! Because that’s all my dog really is… hair attached to my clothing. God forbid animal lovers being flagged up before entering a cab! Would they be rejected! Please consider CAMCAB
