Camp Chef

On the iPhone 16 the buttons are clipped off the screen and won’t work. Please fix this.

It seemed to work great with iPhone 14. Now I have a 16 and I can’t use bottom control buttons (graph, smoke and temp). Can you fix this please?

App worked fine on older phone but 16 pro max doesn’t display properly. Bottom toolbar buttons for smoke, temp, and history are hidden and unable to be used.

Can you please update this app it is not working no connection over network and probes not working

Connecting to the smoker was easy until the app made me update it. Now I can’t connect to it. Great job camp chef. Hopefully someone can fix this sometime soon. I’m not sure how camp chef completely failed on Bluetooth connections in 2024, but they succeeded.

First cook was ribs. Smoke flavour was pronounced. ! Very happy with the cook and smoke abilities of this pellet smoker !

Connect ing to Bluetooth…forget it app needs a lot of work

I know other users had issues connecting to their smoker, but that wasn’t the case for me. Connecting to it was really easy and worked on the first try. My biggest complaint, though, is with the lack of "persistent notifications" on the lock screen that would show the current temperatures without having to open the app (fyi, the Meater app has this feature). I feel this is a huge miss from the development team behind the app. But otherwise, it works nice! Thanks!

Connections cut in and out, sometimes it accepts temperature targets and sometimes not. It used to alert me when a temperature or other issue arose but since the last “update” even that doesn’t work. Overall a terrible experience with the app. By a remote temperature probe and use that instead

The app looks and acts like it was designed last century in addition to endless connection issues. Even though it was connected to Wi-Fi, I can never maintain a connection to my smoker unless I am in Bluetooth range. On my last cook I couldn’t even connect at all on neither my iPhone or iPad. On a hunch I deleted the app to start over and after reading other reviews, sure enough, that’s the “fix”. Apple could write a white paper on the - “How now to design a remote monitoring/management app”.
